If you're looking for a more comprehensive hair service, this is the perfect option for you. From the moment you step in, you're enveloped in a peaceful and serene atmosphere, inspired by the elegance and tranquility of Japanese culture. Your experience begins with a localized body massage to release any tension, followed by a revitalizing facial treatment. The highlight of the experience is our head spa session with water jets, inspired by Japanese techniques. The experience is completed with a blow-dry and a complimentary drink. Please note that the total duration of the service is 90 minutes in the cabin, including the blow-dry.
Cancellation Policy
At Japanese Head Spa, we value your time and commitment to your well-being. To ensure an optimal experience for all our clients, we have established the following reservation policy: 1. Reservations and Confirmations: All reservations must be made through our online booking system or via WhatsApp. The reservation is considered confirmed once you receive an email confirmation from Japanese Head Spa with complete reservation details. 2. Cancellations: The company must be notified 24 hours in advance to avoid charges. The option offered for canceling an appointment is to reschedule the reservation to a new date. 3. Late Payment and Cancellation Policy: If a reservation is canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, 100% of the reserved service will be charged. A full refund will be issued if the company cancels the appointment. 4. Vouchers and Validity: Vouchers purchased are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase. Expired vouchers will not be accepted and are non-refundable or transferable. 5. On-Time Arrival: We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes before your scheduled treatment time to get the most out of your experience. 6. Modifications and Adjustments: Japanese Head Spa reserves the right to make modifications to reservations in exceptional cases, with as much advance notice as possible. 7.
